After consultation with our customers, we assess their requirements and then conduct thorough interviews for maid recruitment, ensuring that we screen and strictly select the best foreign domestic workers.

We focus on the recruitment of new foreign domestic workers from Indonesia and the Philippines, approved by our partners. This maid recruitment process includes personal interviews for the candidates, who will then proceed with the application for a work permit as soon as they meet the necessary requirements for our manpower supply.

3. Liaison officers in Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, and India assist with maid recruitment and the supply of foreign domestic workers to meet the demands for manpower.

4. The maids, who are part of our maid recruitment service, have undergone comprehensive training by our highly experienced and qualified trainers. These trainers conduct tailored training programmes at our training centre, ensuring that our foreign domestic workers are well-prepared. Additionally, we provide onsite training at the client’s home as part of our manpower supply services.

5. We will assist in bringing the selected foreign domestic workers to Malaysia by helping to book flights and applying for the necessary documentation with the immigration and human resources department as part of our maid recruitment and manpower supply services.

6. We also assist in terminating the contract of foreign domestic workers, including situations where a maid has gone missing.
